- Tourists who are unable to join at the airport on the scheduled day can connect the following morning by arriving at Colombo Hotel before 8:00 AM

- Transportation will be provided at no additional cost to tourists who are unable to arrive at the airport on time, ensuring their transfer to the Colombo hotel
